Single Sinawali

The Striking pattern is :

Right Hand Strikes a Number 1

Then the Right hand strikes a number 8

Then the Right hand strikes a number 2

Then the Right hand strikes a number 9

Single Sinawali consists of four strikes with also corresponds with four beats to complete the set.

As described below, the beats, which are enclosed in [brackets], are added to each individual strike:

[1] Right Hand Strikes a Number 1

[2] Then the Right hand strikes a number 8

[3] Then the Right hand strikes a number 2

[4] Then the Right hand strikes a number 9

The four beats can then be halved by adding an "and" beat. The driver can then be instructed to enter on the half or "and" beat.

Therefore the basic transitional entries can occur at:

[1] and [2] and [3] and [4] and.

The basic entries can be:
[1] - Payong to punyo to "break-in" upper cut.
[2] - #8 block and check, then punyo strike any level.
[3] - "Umbrella" Payong to punyo or sweeping or straight horizontal punch.
[4] - #9 block and check, crack the opponent's wrist counter-clockwise, then execute strip and send disarm.

Please note there is a basic disarm for each entry, but I only described count [4].

Best regards,

Palusut
