Profile name change

I’d like to change my profile name since I’m entering a new phase of life. Is this possible and how do I go about it.

I would start by sending a message directly to a staff member or tagging a staff member here.
The Direct message could also have the new name for them to work with.

I haven't looked at from the user side, but there is a request link or button because I see the requests come through. Generally, we approve them about once a year for a member. We don't want "the name of the week" -- consistent names make for establishing reputation.
