Someone suggested in another thread that we should post video from our TKD classes.

Here is a video I took yesterday. Since nobody wants to watch a nearly 3 hour movie, I kinda sped things up a bit:

Some excellent advice in that video. Good instructors are worth their weight in gold.

I will have to check out your video when I get home tonight. But while we travel 60Miles, we actually have 1 family that travels from Bakersfield 5 days a week. Their 1 way drive to practice is 100+ miles.
