We go over the Tenets (Choi's 5) and talk about how to be a good moral person and not a bully with the knowledge learned, thats about it. We do have the students ask us questions at the end of class, though lately no one has had any. So they do push ups. Seems to me I'd ask questions and avoid push ups, but they don't seem to get it...
