You could use some ankle weights to help with your speed. Take them off before sparring and tournaments.


Nothing against this post, but never work out with ankle weights!!!:erg: You could pull or tear something! Believe me this guy hasnt experienced this yet but he will, you could seriously mess yourself up, permentally. Ankle weights are made for walking, running light work out(step ups) not full force kicking.
