Excellent! Don't eliminate carbs completely, you do need them. And make sure your protein stays consistent.
Well, no, carbs are not completely eliminated. I still eat fruit, legumes such as chick peas, peanuts, and lentils. What I cut out are simple carbs such as sugar, juice, and white bread.
