Last Poster #8

Felt like crap today, so I went all in on my workout. I've now moved onto the 30kg bell for single arm clean and press and 40kg for dumbbell swings. It's a little mood and ego boost :)
Its amazing what a workout will do for both the mind and body. I always feel so much better after I train. Even on days I don't feel like it, I am always glad afterwards.
 
If I see some one actually do this I’m going to be willing to travel to train with them. I feel like I’m imagining a different thing or that there is a good joke coming. Especially since this is coming from @Buka.
It’s actually easy. If you’re in pushup shape and can touch your hands behind your back.

I’ll get back to this with the steps. I have to go to the airport and find out what nonsense I have to go through before working there again. Gonna’ be a long afternoon. But at least I get to see the guys.

Ankle injury. Sod it, I'm taking the week off. Maybe I'll get lucky, quite often when I've taken days or up to a week off I've come back stronger than I was
Prayers for a fast recovery. It's always annoying when you tweak something and have to wait for it to heal. I sprained my elbow at the beginning of the week and have been taking it easy too.

It’s going around, I overdid it and injured my left hip/groin, been limping for a week so now my right knee hurts. Jeez. I impress myself with this kind of fuckery on an occasional basis.

It feels like every time I start to get into a good groove; I tweak or pull something. I feel like overdoing it is really easy to do also. Basically, something always hurts lol. Hope your hip/groin feel normal again soon.
