I have to go to Montreal this weekend I don't like Montreal. Was looking forward to going to go to a Wing Chun Demo and a buffet lunch with my Wing Chun sifu and the rest of his students..... but sadly, this came up and I am off to Montreal

I have to make the best of it... I guess on the upside, at least I can get good Chinese food there

We are driving back to Seattle from AZ. Closing on a second house down in Sun City West on Wednesday. We are very excited to be able to spend more time close to my parents. I’m going to head back down in a couple weeks for my 55th birthday and my dad’s 90th.

I have retired for almost 22 years (since 11/1/2003). Pismo Beach is my favor place. Run 3 miles and then walk and train MA for 1 and 1/2 mile become my daily routine.
