I’m headed to take some pictures in a local cemetery. It’s a gorgeous Seattle summer day outside. About 85F and sunny.
Hope you have a great time, and it is a beautiful day here as well

However, I don't think a walk in a cemetery would help me at the moment, kind of what I'm trying to get off my mind

Rippetoe has claimed, somewhat confusingly given the existence of backpacks, that there is no effective way of adding load to pushups, but in this family a child or sibling sitting on one's back is an effective way to add weight to the exercise
Ive done pushups with a scuba weight belt, but do not advise wearing it around the waist when doing so because it will add strain to the lower back. Instead, I would wear it across the shoulder, bandolier-style, to move the weight to the upper torso where it will be more directly in line with the work done by push-ups.
