You could do them with the jump and clap.
Hope you have a great time, and it is a beautiful day here as wellI’m headed to take some pictures in a local cemetery. It’s a gorgeous Seattle summer day outside. About 85F and sunny.
Ive done pushups with a scuba weight belt, but do not advise wearing it around the waist when doing so because it will add strain to the lower back. Instead, I would wear it across the shoulder, bandolier-style, to move the weight to the upper torso where it will be more directly in line with the work done by push-ups.Rippetoe has claimed, somewhat confusingly given the existence of backpacks, that there is no effective way of adding load to pushups, but in this family a child or sibling sitting on one's back is an effective way to add weight to the exercise
I anticipate a face-plant straight into the ground if I tried that.Too easy. But if you want to improve hand speed, clap behind your back.

Wait what!? You can do a pushups with the jump and clap behind your back?Too easy. But if you want to improve hand speed, clap behind your back.
Like do a pushup, then jump, then lay on your face and clap behind you? I have got to see this. It’s actually pretty easy. You do it in steps, I’ll get back to this later, workers pulling up to the house right now.
If I see some one actually do this I’m going to be willing to travel to train with them. I feel like I’m imagining a different thing or that there is a good joke coming. Especially since this is coming from @Buka.I anticipate a face-plant straight into the ground if I tried that.
From decades of ki development I'm able to do pushups with my hands clasped behind my back. Beat that one!Too easy. But if you want to improve hand speed, clap behind your back.
Yes, this happened to me at first. Luckily, I have undergone the little-known Okinawan training in "iron face."I anticipate a face-plant straight into the ground if I tried that.
