I don’t yet, although I am starting Kajukenbo soon hopefully. I am a rokyu in Uechi ryu and Phase 1 instructor in JKD (vunak lineage) my first Sifu in JKD was a kenpo black belt before getting into JKD and we’d watch the Tracy instructionals for fun after training.

You can try some basic kata, which are called palama sets. Look them up on YouTube, you should have a couple by Charles (?) Gaylord and/or John Bishop. Depending on your lineage you might find variations, mine were close to the ones practiced in this dojo:
