I could help. But some things are just specific to a given process. Heck, I did not know BJJ used the term 'Professor' until just recently.

I personally find that annoying, but that's just my opinion.
That’s just because ”professor” in Portuguese means “teacher.” I don’t think it’s used so commonly among non-Brazilian instructors. At least, the only people who ever call me professor are Brazilians or sometimes individuals who primarily trained under a Brazilian instructor. Everyone else just calls me “coach” or Tony.

Remy Presas was called Professor as he taught at the University in Manila.
And in that case it was meant as a teacher as well.
