Madison Square Park is directly across the street from my office Literally, cross the street and you're in the park. Those tables are for the famous (with tourists, anyway) ShakeShack restaurant in the park.
EDIT: Just noticed you can see the entrance to my building at 1:37. This is, of course, more interesting to me than the actual content :lol:
