Was it a cert. you were looking for, or the belt? Any martial arts supply place will sell you the belt with some stripes on it....

Any of the big companies that sell black belts, such as Tokaido, Shureido, Kamikaze, Tokon, etc., should also be able to do some embroidery for you, in case if you want your belt to signify a specific rank.
