Does anyone know of a good place to buy a whip chain? I have seen the ones online, and I was wondering if there was a more premium seller out there. Thank you for your help.

Define whip chain exactly, as you could add some form of weight to a length of chain and make your own. (if its lawful) The only place i know of you can get one from cant ship it outside the country as far as i know. The second place is a martial arts school that does stuff with it.

Addendum: And its on the banned weapon list here i reside so best not test that one without checking the legal defences.
