Just a thread to see how many folks are hooked on energy drinks (Red Bull, Rock Star, etc) and what their choice of jet fuel beverage is!

None for me...They are all loaded with caffiene which i am allergic too.... get my highs from lots and lots of life savers :)

I had a girlfriend that was in Amway which is now Quickstar. She was feeding me those energy drinks everyday. They rock! I tell you; but, we are no more and at $2.75 a can I don't buy them.

I'm not hooked, but when I'm in desperate need of a pick-me-up, I like Red Bull for taste and Rock Star for volume.

-I like to try new energy drinks as they come out, give them a whirl but my favorite will always be Rockstar. I do enjoy a monster, redbull and a bookoo every now and then. Balls isn't bad. Coke's full throttle isn't so great. Enviga is nice for a change. I've had a sip of cocain, though I heard that company is going to change the name and remarket it. Others I've yet to try but I recognize them as something to enjoy, like a treat, not an everyday thing. Something on a fridaynight when I get out of work and need a boost before going to the club. Must dance;-)

I had a Jolt Cola once years ago when I was a teen. I drank it rather quickly. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. My chest got all fluttery and I had a strange feeling. Anyway, I haven't touched highly caffeinated drinks since.

Is Jolt Cola considered mild compared to these new drinks?

JD but after a few I seem to loose energy :)

actualy I just drink gatraide as an energy drink

Personally, I've recently discovered Xyience (UFC's sponsor). So far I've only had the Big Apple flavor, but I love the stuff. One thing I miss from my first tour in Iraq was apple soda (Slice made it) and I can't find it back in the states.

I drink Diet Rockstar when I can't get my fave pick-me-up, a Dunkin' Donutes iced coffee.

I'll drink either sugar free Red Bull, or low carb Monster. I admit I don't care much for the taste of energy drinks, unless they are icy, and I mean ICY cold. But the kick is sure helpful at times. :D

I used to go with any of a number of low-carb energy drinks. And Monster was a favorite. When the doctors started giving me amphetamines that (and even more than a cup of coffee every couple days) was no longer an option.

Sobe No Fear or Red Bull for me. I think I'm becoming immune to Red Bull, so I've had to upgrade to a full Sobe when I need a serious boost of energy.
