I wish I were 18 again and thinking about starting up, or re-starting in the MA's. You're just a kid. By your thinking, some of us would be Geezers here, nope, you're only as old as you want to be.

As the Nike slogan goes: Just Do It!!!

I am going to start slowly by running, and building up my stanima and endurance, but i still hope i can accomplish the level in which i left off, you know spinning heel kicks, 360 kicks, flying sidekicks over people.

Does anyone happen to know a good school in Vallejo or Sacramento CA,
at reasonable prices?

I am 31 yrs old and 230lbs and just restarted. In a few short months I have seen a lot of speed and power come back to me. Within a few weeks of starting they had a sparring seminar at my school and I was able to kick and move pretty fast, a lot faster than I thought I could. I wish I had decided to restart this commitment when I was 18 yrs old. If I ain't too old and out of shape, you aren't either. Walking though the door is the hardest part!
