Living here on the lake it's something we are painfully aware of..Going to bed in the evening and waking up to 2 ft of snow is not uncommon...

Yes, I remember. When I lived in Mt. Vernon, OH I would drive to Battle Creek, MI for holidays and such to see my family, and you just never knew what you were in for.
