How well I know THAT feeling....
I taught two Women's Self Defense classes the last two evenings and I may have come in contact with something because today I am feeling a little under the weather.
Having said that we had a good turnout each night and they not only learned alot but were real attentive and interested in learning personal protectioin skills.

That happened to my wife at the seminar we attended over the weekend..She was fine during the registration festivities but was sick Saturday..She ACTUALLY listened and didn't train but stayed in bed..
