I haven't had a weekend off in a long time..I normally work Saturdays, usually a dbl shift and a lot of Sundays...This was my vacation week so I scheduled nothing...Housework was the extent..Hey this is my 1,400 post here in this thread....

For some reason I was thinking that you often had weekends off? But, I don't know the mystic workings of LEOs In that case, you doubly deserve a weekend where you can just chill

Nope...I work day shift Saturdays at my full time cop job 8-4..then one of my part time gigs..My off days are Sun-Mon...

That and to save money for any upcoming seminars...A lot of departments slashed budgets for training...So it's up to the officer...

On a side note my son football team got beat down once again 68 - 0. The gead coach and me gave a meetind with the Board for the league they play in in 5 games we have been out scored 248-6 and are the only team that have not won a game, my boys wont to quite like 5 other kids have done, bot I'm not letting them.Well that is all
