fun fun. ive been working on that spinning back kick and.......i dont like it :p. its very hard to keep my balance after throwing the kick

Keep working it, you'll get it ... at least enough where you can get away with it. It may never be a favorite. In reality, if you ever use it, normally you won't have to complete the spin past the contact point, other than to square up, and usually moving towards your opponent.

thats a good point i never realized that. So basically make contact and putting enough power behind it are the important things? working these on the bag and in sparring should be enough, right?

Sorry, still need to work them in the air if it's something your instructor requires ... LOL ... as far as the positioning, think of it this way, it is a very, very powerful kick, if you are hitting someone with that kick and it isn't moving them, don't worry about spinning out, put your foot down and run as fast as you can.

As you probably already know, don't push it too hard ... it may become an injury and a setback.

I will just do some cruncjes and other little things that wil not effect the knee. My brace is at the school so later when I get there I will put it back on.
