Good Morning All. It's a great day, so far on the West Coast. I've got a busy day. I'm going to sit on a BB testing board for a TSD school tonight. I'm not looking forward to the drive. It's 50 miles away. Anywhere else in the world it would take 45 minutes. Here, it's 2 hours. ugh.

Doing my workouts with a 40# weight vest; 5# ankle weights; and 2.5# wrist weights.
I could probably lose 55#s in my mid-section however ... LOL

Sound great maybe I should try that vest then.
It definately intensifies the workout ... I can't say that they results are there yet, I'll let you know if I see it.
