The Last Person.....

It's not actually down yet--its base is entirely in his yard, but if it fell then it would land mostly in ours. The law seems to be that if it falls we each must clear what's on our own land at our own cost, but until then its his financial responsibility.
So is he going to take care of it then.
Argh.... tonight is parent/teacher conferences, day 2 (last night having been day 1) - I had a whopping 4 parents show up last night, and I'm not holding out much hope to get any more than that - and probably less - this evening. If parents showed up, it wouldn't bother me at all - but sitting around waiting is boring, and I'm really tired already, and can't go home until 7:30 (it's noon here now).
Sorry to hear that Kacey, I remember those nights but back then at least we would have 10-12 show up.
Still waiting to find out if they'll pay for the tree!
