Yeah, my primary job has decided to take away flexible work hours, or rather our ability to manage our own time, and with the school opening and all, there just hasn't been time. I get workouts in on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at the least, with another instructor. Once the construction is complete at my school, things may loosen up a bit.

That's about what I'm getting, two days a week to work on myself. That's been changing lately though as my wife and I have been making more time to train with each other through the week. I get more bruises and welts from her than anybody else!

Class last night was small, very small. I had one of the other instructors treat it as a private lesson. I ended up on the phone most of the time and dealing with contractors that were onsite until about 9PM.
