Wouldn't that be nice ... I don't see it in the near future, but it is what I'm after. I need a supplement to my normal retirement.
Well I would love to just do Martial Arts as an income but for that to happen I need to really go commercial like a daycare or after school program and that is not me.

I hear ya ... we may be doing some sort of afterschool thing here, but I still don't consider myself 'commercial' as far as training goes. Just have a lot of rent to pay for, so need to find ways to cover that while keeping costs to clients down!
Yea our new place is twice the rent and we need to put on probaly twenty five new students, which I'm sure will be mostly childern. Nothing wrong with that but my wife did the numbers abd a after school program can bring in 4-6 thousand per month and with both of us being ex teachers we can handle the tutoring as well.

There you have it ... the programs can certainly help. We are debating it at the moment, I'd rather not, but looks to good to pass on.
I never have either but if we can increase our money potential it may come to be. Well I'm heading out to the school.
