Hey Jeff how have your Kettle Bell workout been going? I am sitting here with a very sore body from this morning.
The inital setup is easy....I keep adding and subtracting images, that's what takes time..

I've had high speed for more than ten years. It's hard to imagine a day without it. Not sure how people do it.
It does help alot
Just under 2 years for me and the difference is like night and day...

I guess maybe that's the difference in not only working IT, but working for a company that supplies high speed. I got it the day it was available.
