The BJJ has been very hard for me...I just don't think that way! But, it has made my groundwork immeasurably better.
it takes a lot to get used to, the whole not using strength thing was the hardest thing for me. The other thing was the fluid motion and interchanging material was hard. Even the basic stuff like Upa and elbow escape. It so easy to see how they go together but it hard to do them together

Yup, exactly.

Someone said the toughest people to teach BJJ to are strong folks and smart folks Strong people use their muscled too much, and smart ones over-think and over-analyze it.

This is true. I think of BJJ as the Aikido of ground work, while you do not redirect your opponents energy you can use it to your advantage and this is my down fall. I try to muscle my way through people with a high skill level it almost never works.

Toughest transition for me was when someone passed my gaurd and get cross mount, its like I freeze and just wait for them to set up and go..."ok now move". I get stuck everytime. Something like this happen to you?

It is a great workout though.
