Morning again 14, everybody do not worry all ready did my crunches and my run in the school next is kicks but I need to take five.

I, too, am starting a routine. I've planned it and started it yesterday.

This year I am going down hill sking, snow boarding and of course grappling in the snow. (It is good to be alive) Next Wednesday we are training outside and I hope their is a snow storm.

Personally, I love winter too. Of course where I am, it's hard to tell what time of year it is really. Just kidding, I can tell winter. Winter here is sunny but in the 60s or 70s.
