Not too bad. Slept longer than usual, for a change. All this searching that I'm doing for a school location is wearing me out. This isn't fun ... LOL ... no wonder a person can only find chains around anymore, they have virtually locked up all the new areas. Example, LA Fitness is in the area where I want to be, they have a signed agreement for no competition, of any sort, in the area. Why that agreement encompasses an MA studio, I have no idea. To me, it is two different things, in fact, I encourage my students to belong to a gym ... but, no go.

It's not in an entire city, just an area within a city ... and they've done it, so I suppose it isn't illegal.

had the wisdom teeth pulled, got some pain killers...cant complain.

I would look into that, that seems sort of monopolyish (not a word). Or talk to the people that own it and say you will put up poster and flyers for their gym in the dojo

We offered that, to include a basic membership in our tuition ... answer was "No" ... not pursuing it for other reasons, the center costs 4.30 a square foot, so we're going another route and seems we may be very close.
A little better..Got a headache from dealing with the people from Workers Comp.....

I bet. Is it union? we had to fight union people for one of out guys. check this out...
now as you read you might feel a huge urge to punch someone in the face over and over again (thats what I wanted to do) please fight that urge
This guy that worked for use developed cancer in his sinus cavity. well his wife just had their first child together and now he is in the hospital taking chemo (sp?) for the cancer. Well the union our company is part of has a thing where money is set aside for people who end up in this situation (bull ****). Well he is in the hospital and cant do anything so my dad (vp of the company) appeals to the union leaders that this guy needs some money to help support his family until he gets better. The union writes back and in their letter is this quote (the guys name is terry) "Terry does not qualify for help from X fund for his disability. He does not qualify for the reason(s): He is not actively seeking work or has made to attempt to actively seek work"
The guy is in the hospital taking chemo because he has ****ing cancer in his sinus cavity
