Right now I'm not running for distance, but rather time and that time is very short right now ... 3 minutes ... I'll walk somewhere between 5-10 minutes, until I feel warm, then run, after which I again walk to cool. Let me add that my run is not a jog, but probably half speed run.
This is what I do walk 10 run 3 walk 8 run 4 walk 5 run five and then walk another 10. If I had to run the whole time I would die.
Good...Not hurting so no need for a pain pill...
