Well, I'm off to Las Vegas in a couple of hours. Looking forward to the seminar tomorrow, but probably a bit more towards the Luau tomorrow night ...

Life is great the better half is running the 6 pm class and just waiting on the 7 and then adult class. Yea real training and sweat.
