Dudes! I'm back from the WMAA Camp in Buffalo, where I was promoted to 5th degree black belt and awarded the title Punong Guro (loosely, "teacher of teachers") from Datu Tim Hartman. I also taught two sessions, and--best of all--my son, whom I taught, was promoted to first degree black belt!
I also met my new niece while I was in town. All in all, a great weekend.

Well, how fantastic was that weekend! Gonna be hard to beat that one over the next few years. Congratulations to you and yours ... good to hear!
LOL! Cool! I'm doing fine. Work isn't over yet but it will be in a couple hours.
Still trying to recover from 6 hours on the mat yesterday...whooo boy, am I tired.

You're a better person than me, I did 3 hours last week and I'm still sore ... LOL ... I'm way out of shape coming back from a ruptured disc.
I dunno about that...it was a pretty relaxed get together. Still pooped me out though...LOL

My workout is tomorrow. Adult Kempo/Kung Fu group 11-12. Private lesson 12 until he gets tired of me ... LOL

I've actually been on hiatus from my own school for a few weeks but will be going back this Friday. Looking forward to it a lot

Yeah, should be fun ... I've just recently changed instructors and styles for that matter, so I'm feeling like a white belt again. Eventhough this new style incorporates my old style, just goes beyond.
