Been out of work sick all week, temperature got to 102 more than once and I still don't feel right
That sucks! Drink plenty of fluids.

good day at practice!! 2 hour black belt practice, helped out with kid's class, and then open rank practice and finally! - I think - I did a pretty good spinning crescent kick!

I have to work tonight.
Got a message form my professor that I missed a final I thought was tomorrow. So lucky he's a nice professor and sent me an email offering to come in tomorrow so I could take it then.
Always good to be cut a break..............

...2 finals to go!! however, after 4 hours at TKD, an hour at the gym, and 5 hours of studying....I'm calling it a night! I can study more tomorrow and have made significant progress today...
Happened to me once in college--same outcome.
