Getting ready to head off for Hapkido classes. I am hoping it is better then that last class.

Not impressed with the instruction. Thank god I am not locked in on a contract and I have previous instruction. Lets me see it is not very good.

The Kenpo Jutsu class was OK. Worked on a push/pull throw.

My later class was great. All about defense against shooters.

How was your lunch?

Sounds like you had a nice mix of martial arts topics today!

Lunch was good--steak! My wife said hers was maybe the best filet mignon she had ever had. I had a rib-eye as that was the house specialty and was also pleased. Later we went to see The Wrestler which was excellent. It was a good day!

The day wouldn't have been half bad had I not had this cold. Made the black belt workout very difficult. Classes were small today as well. I think that is because of the fact that schools here are out for a week.
