I was just sitting here at the school listening to Black Sabbath Iron Man song and relized that it has to be one of the greatest workout song of all times. The lyrics and beat just goes well, especially on the heavy bag.

I can only go at full speed for about 45 seconds right now but the song is just right for working out.

For me personally music is very important when I am doing my workout. Especially when I am running I love Linkin Park feat. Jay-Z "Numb Encore". The song always motivates me to run a little bit faster. Apart from that the music depends on the mood I am in but I would not be able to do my workout without any kind of music.

I think when you listen to a good track it can pull out extra emotions in you, letting you do a little bit more. I personally like to listen to Disturbed and their track Indestructible especially. That's a seriosuly good training track.

sweeeeeeet. i forgot all about metal church.

lately i've been rediscovering all the old-school power metal from the '80s. accept, helloween, sanctuary, manowar... :headbangin: the 80's weren't all bubblegum & hairspray.
