I still don't understand how to make a poll, but whatever.

How many times a week do you train and how long is each session?

I personally just moved up a notch and currently train nine times a week, most sessions lasting an hour.

Actually training, about 3hrs at a time 3 times a week, practicing at home about an hour a day, plus fitness work.
As regards starting a poll, you need to be a supporting member.

Kenpo- 2 times a week- 1 hr. long class

Arnis- 2 times a week- 1 1/2 hrs. each class

At home training- not as much as I'd like to be doing

I attend two two-hour classes per week and get about an hour a week during on "open class." At home I probably do 2-5 additional hours a week depending on how long the "honey do" list is.

Y'all make me feel lazy. :)

BJJ - 3 Days a week an hour each of those days
Boxing/Kickboxing - 3 Days a week an hour each of those days
Open Gym - 2 days a week an hour each day

all of the class incorporate clinch work and or greco roman and or wrestling stuff.

Everyday I train either physically or mentally and every once in a while I'll let the other 23 personality train with me...

Right now I'm making about 3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Some weeks I get an extra couple hours, just depends on my schedule.

What do you want it to include?
I train 1 1/2 hours a day solo and 1-2 hours with my wife. Including karate, TKD, weapons, weights, and yoga.

Twice a week in class, 1.5 hours each time.

Twice a month with a local training partner, 2-3 hours each time.

Every day at home with my son (who also attends the first class above), 30-45 minutes each time.

Would like to have the time for more!

Does teaching class count? If so my numbers need to be changed.

6 days a week, an hour every day except for thursday which is 1.5 hours.
I need to hurry up and get more sparring lessons because as soon as I get the OK from my instructor I can start going to sparring class which will add another 4 hours to my schedule a week.

Everyday for two hours. Tuesday and Thursday nights for three hour sessions.

All in all about 16 to 20 hours a week.
