Franken Takes out Dean Heckler

I just read that Al Franken used his wrestling prowess to silence a Dean Heckler. I'm not sure this counts as General MA, but I see that once again the groundworker prevails. I wonder how the law will treat this "Justified" response to a Loud mouth Jerk
