Exercises for more powerful kicks?

Just kick the outside of the lady’s leg rather than the inside: it’ll break their legs and they’ll never walk properly again. 😳
Yes, that is the default common kick in our style, which is slighly more difficuly for me todo FAST, with swithing direction. Due to my hip bias, I need to turn more than others if I want to make a horizontal or brazilian type mawashi geri.

Insted I have better anatomical bias for making outside heel kicks to the thighs without anyone seeing it coming, but they are considered a bit "nasty" and "unfriendly" in sparring as they tend to hurt more than mawashi geri.

I can do it, but I am too slow then to reload also to to back issues, if you want to flood the opponent by quick left, right, left low kicks.

Your ideal opponent would have varus type legs, giving you full access!
Indeed!

Thanks for the tips! I've always been more of an upper body focused person. I need to get a better "feeling" of my legs during kicks, if that makes sense. I'm too weak and have a lot of room for improvement (hopefully!).

First, technique. Heavy bag for strength, light pad for form and speed. Just like punching, heavy bags tend to promote round punching and exaggerated movement, where light pad with a partner tends to promotes good form and speed. It a balance.
