excersise

Calf raises for me it help build the calfs. for speed and power.

A brisk walk (20 minutes or more) because I can do it consistently during my lunch hour.

There are so many, I guess it would depend on what your goal is, as they all can have a good effect on your body. I could go out for a walk a few times a day, or while watching a TV show, I can, during the commercials, drop down and do sets of push-ups and crunches.
