I did not know that eating out on a Monday may be a bad idea.

I agree with looking at the restroom to get an idea of the health status of the place.

Hmm...no mention of the pcv coating on your fries (popular at a local burger joint where they drop plastic toys in the fryer for kicks on sundays)
