Great job Wade. Congrats to you and your students.

Team X sent 2 fighters out for day # 1. Unfortunately 1 lost her first fight right out of the gate, but our 2nd fighter made up for it with a gold medal performance in the boys 10-11 BB Middleweight division.

We got nothing going on Wednesday, 3 fighters on Thursday and 2 on Friday and Sunday with nothing on Saturday.

Continued success to everyone here.

Well Team-X didn't have much luck today. My daughter lost her first and therefore only fight (10-13) and our other fighter lost her 2nd. Neither qualified for Jr Team Trials.

Both though, plus 1 more, will give it another go in Seniors on Sunday. Hopefully with different results.

It was a little dissapointing for our team as two of our favorites did not place in Kyorugi and were expected to take gold. One was the defending champ from last year. Oh well next year, or the US Open.

One to go on Sunday.

Today in the World Class Seniors, 2/3 of the participating Team-Xers scored Bronze medals. 1 in WC Female Bantam and the other in WC Male Feather.

Final tally for the week:

2 gold
1 silver
2 bronze

All in World Class Black Belt divisions. Not bad results. Congrats to all who participated.

Last day and lord it has been a long week.

Arden won bronze and Chelle won gold in grass roots.

Ashley won silver in world class in a very hard last match 5/6. Oh well, for her the Pan Am team trails are next.

Finale tally: 9 gold, 8 silver and 4 bronze. Not bad for a 8X8 mat dojang from Podunk OhRaeGun with only 53 students, eh? Our whole training area is the 8x8 ring used in competition. We squeeze them in tight and make em sweat.
