Training with dentures

Hello people. Do any of you have or know anyone who has dentures in the martial arts? I'm going to have to get some soon and I was wondering how I would deal with them, especially when sparring where I have to wear a mouthpiece. I have a image in my head where after a heavy sparring session and I pull out my mouthpiece, the dentures comes out with them and fall on the floor. Any advice, please?

If you can, I'd remove em before sparing...less chance of a heavy mouth shot breaking em (or other accidents). I'm not familiar with em enough to say. Posibly a special mouth piece is in order. I'd ask your dentist for advice too.

Definitely bring it up with the prosthodontist. He's heard the question, or a very simialr one, before.
