The "Look! Look at my cool workout!" thread

I'm changing the way I do things. Aerobic runs and circuit training. Really. It's not the best way of building strength, adding muscle mass or improving cardiovascular fitness. But it does all these things at the same time, and some of them quite well. Also, it seems that aerobic workouts deliver the hit I need to stay sober. So. 3 times a week running and twice a week circuit training. And i'm going back to actual karate training. I really, really miss it
