My Mother is a great cook, my Mother-in-Law on the other hand... lets just say, to "give her a break" we do all the cooking when we go to visit.

It is funny how expensive comic books are now a days. Plus they are almost all written for us adults and not for the kiddos anymore.

They just are making them for who's buying them these days. Not many kids are into comics anymore.

Yep...I have some X-Men, Famous Monsters and Vampirella locked away...When I think of the comics I had as a kid and see some of them at comic book expos and the cost... I could just SCREAM....We threw them away...

I still have lots of mine - X-Men, Teen Titans, some of the spin-offs... I quit buying them when it reached the point that you needed to buy 3, 4, 5, sometimes more titles a month to follow one story line. It was one thing when you could get more detail by buying other titles; when you were missing key pieces of the plotline, I gave up on it. But I still have my collection, bagged and boxed in the basement.
