OK, I can live with that, then you don't get my from scratch fudge brownie recipe or my Snow peas and scallops recipe or my Chinese roast pork recipe either

I learned to cook from my grandmother, and she was a certified cordon bleu chef - it was her hobby after she retired. I can follow recipes, and even improvise a lot of things, but baked goods and candies are hard to do right without a recipe.
