Sitting in dispatch and we just got breakfast..It's a Saturday tradition here..

I am stuck at home with my oldest because he is sick

the downside
is that I am missing my youngest son's soccer game.

Kids being sick is not a good..I'm sure he's glad you there with him..

We have been sick on and off for a month now and it is really getting old.

Been there myself..Caught a bad cold last Jan that I swear hung with me until Mar..

One thing is for sure that their are some really bad colds out there right now. What makes it even worse is that the flu season is right around the corner.

I have some out of town students coming in for some training
and since they are all very good it is always alot of fun.

I am having a very nice brownie at the moment. If we talk about food everyone will join us quickly. (particularly Arnisador)

Tonight we are going to some friends house to celebrate Devalli which is a hindu holiday. The people are great and the food is even better.

The ONLY time I eat that way is when I work the dispatch center..If I'm on foot or mobile patrol it's coffee and a muffin or bagel...

That makes perfect sence to me. Nothing like being to full and having to walk or ride around in a patrol car all day.

Father Greek is gonna ride with me on patrol Halloween night...He wanted to stop for a steak prior to going on duty..No way...
