Yea I guess so man it takes more in more out of you when to get a little older or maybe I'm still not in shape.

I do know it is one of those two things.

Ya know, one would think that if a person continued to eat exactly the same, but double the workout, something would change other than just being more sore and tired .... LOL

Metrabolism changes and we all have to suffer. Me I look at food and gain wieght back in the day I could eat a horse and gain nothing.

Morning Terry..I too am a fellow sufferer..Had I not stopped smoking for those 2 years there by totally screwing up my metabolism I would still have the shape I worked so hard on..If I remember I'll bring some pix to the M & G...

I quit smoking about 5 years ago. I'm sure that has played into the weight gain as well.

Yep..I went to my doctor and told him to draw whatever fluids he needed as this weight gain was killing me...He said I removed a part that my metabolism depended on and thereby shutting it down...
