thats early, im right behind you thought I was up at 4:30 to workout. Im already starting to notice a difference and I cant wait till next week Im gonna start working on my Kempo again, its been a while.

Doing OK, little tired. The school is coming along. There are some pics out there. You can get to them through my MySpace, then my #1 friend. I won't be updating that until next week sometime.
