I was informed this morning my wife and I are getting out our fencing masks and sparring full contact this saturday. Haven't done that with sticks in about 7 years, and never with her.

Should be interesting.

im doing well, the diet is going good. Im starting to feel really good in the mornings. I faltered a little on the no dip thing yesterday but, I only had one plug in 3 days, where as before I was going through an entire can a day.

Did UPS ever show up?
