It's a good 20 miles from downtown, but if there's enough time, we can probably make the drive.

The steak place was closed due to the holiday so we went to an Italian place instead. It was still quite good! Afterwards we went to see "Sweeny Todd" which was very good (though quite bloody).

We'll see how it goes. With no traffic, it's not a bad drive. If you were in on a weekday and trying to drive these SoCal freeways at rush hour, I'd just laugh at ya ... LOL
