Up here in the North East we will be having snow burgers for the next few days.

Well, to us it's not warm ... LOL ... to you all, it's probably down right hot!
Things are pretty good out here, just have one more call today to get through with work, hurray! Going to have to go talk to a prior tenant in the new space we leased, they have not moved out yet ... need to get them out of the way.
Why are there tenants in your space? Man take a whipping stick and beat them out of there.

We had told them they could have until Saturday to move out, cause we were in the porcess of ordering the floor and collecting bids from contractors anyway. But they failed to get out darn it! May need to get a bit meaner now.
